Responsibilities
- Elaborazione e verifica dei cedolini paga, con particolare riferimento al CCNL Metalmeccanico
- Gestione degli adempimenti amministrativi relativi al ciclo di vita del dipendente (assunzioni, cessazioni, gestione presenze, ferie, permessi, malattie, infortuni, ecc.)
- Gestione degli adempimenti relativi alla Legge 68/99 (collocamento mirato), inclusi PRODIS, convenzioni e comunicazioni agli enti competenti
- Cura degli adempimenti periodici e annuali (CU, Modello 770, autoliquidazione INAIL, Uniemens, ecc.)
- Gestione delle comunicazioni con enti previdenziali, assistenziali e istituzionali
