This role is ideally suited to professionals with experience in Banking, particularly within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), who are looking to apply their strategic, commercial and analytical expertise to shape business performance and strategic direction.

The Senior Strategy Analyst supports strategic decision‑making, performance management and execution across the Bank, with a particular focus on the Corporate & Investment Banking business. Working closely with senior leaders, the role provides insight‑led recommendations, evaluates strategic opportunities, monitors business performance and supports the delivery of key strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of CIB business models, client dynamics and performance drivers, combined with a solid commercial acumen and strong analytical capabilities to translate complex market,



financial and business information into actionable insights that support growth, competitiveness and sustainable value creation.

- Support strategic analysis and planning activities across Corporate & Investment Banking, and broader business portfolios.
- Analyse business performance, client trends, portfolio dynamics and revenue drivers to identify strategic opportunities and performance improvement actions.
