pNAVFAC EURAFCENT Capodichino in Italy seeks a TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR to lead human capital strategy across mission-critical civilian and military teams.
You will supervise staff, provide policy guidance, and advance a theater HC program in support of NAVFAC missions.
/ppYou will oversee personnel forecasting, design and implement the Position Management Program, and advise the Business Director on merit principles.
This is an overseas leadership role with DoD requirements.
