/p h3The Day?to?Day /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions that enhance core functionality of our global SaaS platform.
/li liCollaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to turn visionary concepts into high?performing features.
/li liWrite clean, efficient, and well?documented code while participating in peer reviews to maintain high standards.
/li liProactively refactor code to reduce technical debt and improve system performance.
/li liMonitor and troubleshoot live applications, resolving issues quickly to ensure smooth user experience.
/li liFully immerse in sprint planning,
daily stand?ups, and retrospectives to keep momentum and goals aligned.
/li /ul h3Your Superpowers /h3 ul li4+ years of experience in Backend or Full Stack development.
/li liProficiency in Node.js; experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or Golang is also valued.
/li liStrong Agile experience in Scrum environments, with clear understanding of CI/CD processes and rapid delivery.
/li liPassion for automation and experience with testing frameworks.
/li li"Can?do" mindset with diagnostic skills needed to solve complex issues quickly.
/li liExcellent communication skills and accountability for team collaboration.
