In this highly autonomous role, you will bridge the gap between complex process automation and hands?on electromechanical maintenance.
/p pYou will be responsible for ensuring the absolute reliability, safety, and continuous improvement of our high?speed production and packaging assets.

/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipbAdvanced Technical Support: /b Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize high?speed industrial slitting lines and automated packaging systems.
/p /li lipbRoot?Cause Diagnosis: /b Identify complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system faults, developing and executing long?term preventive and corrective action plans.
/p /li lipbAutomation Control Systems: /b Lead localized programming modifications and automation optimization initiatives across production equipment and facilities.
/p /li lipbExternal Partner Coordination: /b Manage relationship?critical technical suppliers and coordinate specialized subcontractors during on?site interventions.
/p /li lipbStrategic Maintenance Planning:



/b Contribute valuable technical insights to the local maintenance budget and overall site reliability strategy.
/p /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul lipbExperience: /b Minimum of 3 years of successful maintenance experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment (experience in paper converting, slitting/rewinding, or adhesive tape industries is highly advantageous).
/p /li lipbTechnical Troubleshooting: /b Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and repair highly automated electromechanical systems.
/p /li lipbSchematics Drafting: /b Strong capability to read and analyze complex electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical technical drawings.
/p /li lipbAutomation Networks: /b Practical experience interfacing with hardware and software across industrial automation networks.
/p /li lipbTechnology Ecosystems: /b Hands?on familiarity with bSiemens /b or bRockwell /b PLC systems and software is considered a major advantage.
/p /li lipbLanguages: /b Fluent in written and spoken bItalian /b is mandatory; proficiency in bEnglish /b is highly valued.
