/p h3Job Summary /h3 pThe Logistics Coordinator supports day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely movement of products throughout the distribution network.
This role serves as a key coordination point between internal teams and external partners, helping maintain service levels, resolve issues, and support overall operational flow.
/p pThe Logistics Coordinator plays an important role in shipment coordination, communication, and problem-solving, contributing to on-time, in-full delivery and a positive internal and external experience.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support on-time and accurate delivery.
/li liCommunicate with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status, ETAs, delays, and issues.




/li liSchedule pickups, deliveries, and internal transfers as needed.
/li liTrack shipments and proactively identify and help resolve logistics exceptions or disruptions.
/li liMaintain accurate shipping documentation and logistics records.
/li liSupport inventory movements and assist with reconciling shipment or inventory discrepancies.
/li liProvide logistics-related updates and support to Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Relations teams.
/li liAssist with logistics reporting, process improvement efforts, and special projects as assigned.
/li liEscalate risks, recurring issues, or service concerns to Logistics or Operations leadership when appropriate.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations coordination preferred.
/li liExperience working in NetSuite or a similar ERP system for order management, inventory, or logistics activities.
/li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
/li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
/li liClear, professional written and verbal communication skills.Comfort working across systems such as ERP platforms, email, and spreadsheets.
/li liStrong problem-solving ability with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
/li liAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
