/p pbJob Overview /b /p pWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our Finance team.
This is a hands?on operational role focused on day-to-day accounting activities.
We are seeking someone who enjoys working with structured processes, has a methodical approach, and consistently delivers accuracy and attention to detail.
In addition to core Finance responsibilities, the successful candidate will occasionally support the team with administrative back?office tasks.
/p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liRecord domestic and international supplier invoices (accounts payable).
/li liRecord bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
/li liManage the accounts payable cycle.




/li liApply the appropriate tax treatments and support routine tax compliance activities.
/li liProvide support for administrative back?office tasks.
/li liOccasionally manage company purchases (e.g., laptops, hotels, services, and other business supplies), coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
/li liCollaborate with the Finance team to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records.
/li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liAt least 3 years of previous experience in an accounting role.
/li liSolid experience processing both domestic and international supplier invoices.
/li liProven experience with bank reconciliations and general accounting entries.
/li liGood knowledge of Italian tax regulations and the main VAT regimes.
/li liHands?on experience managing the accounts payable process.
/li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
/li liExcellent professional English (written and spoken) is required, with the ability to communicate confidently in an international business environment.
/li /ul pbNice to Have /b /p ul liExperience in SaaS companies or international business environments.
/li liExperience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion, Workday Financials, or equivalent.
