/p h3Posizione /h3 pWe are looking for a Communication Manager to drive ACPV's communication strategy, strengthening its profile and reputation through media relations, thought leadership, digital platforms, events, publications, and strategic communication initiatives.
/p h3The role will involve a range of activities including: /h3 ul liDefine and implement the Studio's communication strategy in collaboration with the Board.
/li liBuild, maintain, and enhance the Studio's profile at both national and international levels.
/li liIdentify positioning opportunities through awards, publications, conferences, speaking engagements, and industry events.
/li liMonitor the media landscape and the Studio's public perception.
/li liManage and develop relationships with media outlets, journalists, editors, and key opinion leaders across the fields of architecture, culture, design, real estate, business, and sustainability.
/li liFoster relationships with universities, cultural institutions, professional associations, and strategic partners.
/li liCoordinate activities with clients' press offices to develop integrated and consistent communication campaigns.
/li liPlan and oversee the PR activities of the Studio's Partners.




/li liCoordinate the production of editorial and corporate content related to the Studio's projects and activities, including the definition of the annual editorial plan.
/li liDraft and supervise press releases, interviews, presentations, lectures, newsletters, web content, and corporate materials.
/li liCollaborate with project teams to develop compelling and consistent narratives that enhance the value of the Studio's work.
/li liEnsure quality, accuracy, and consistency of communications across all channels.
/li liOversee the Studio's digital communications, including the website, newsletters, and social media channels.
/li liCoordinate editorial planning and monitor the performance of digital content.
/li liStrategically leverage media channels to increase the Studio's visibility.
/li liOversee the Studio's participation in national and international awards, competitions, and recognition programs.
/li liManage and coordinate the organization of internal and external events, conferences, exhibitions, inaugurations, and institutional activities.
/li liSelect, organize, and coordinate the Partners' participation in public events and industry initiatives.
/li liConceptualize and oversee photo and video productions, including international assignments, to promote the Studio's projects and activities.
/li liPromote corporate culture through internal communication strategies and initiatives.
/li liDevelop tools and content to foster engagement and information sharing within the Studio.




/li liEnsure alignment and consistency between internal and external communications.
/li liCoordinate internal teams, consultants, and external suppliers involved in communication activities.
/li liMonitor the Studio's media presence through periodic reports and qualitative and quantitative analyses.
/li liPrepare reports and presentations on the impact of communication activities.
/li liAnalyze metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
/li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liDegree in Communications, Architecture, or a related field.
/li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within the architecture sector.
/li liProven experience in project communications management and media relations.
/li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of the international media landscape across architecture, design, and culture.
/li liExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Italian and English.
/li liFluency in written and spoken English.
/li liExperience in developing and managing integrated communication campaigns.
/li liAbility to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants/suppliers.
/li liProficiency in major digital platforms, social media channels, and performance monitoring tools.
/li liStrong interest in and understanding of architecture, design, sustainability, and urban transformation.
