/p pThe candidate will be responsible for executing and delivering integrated communication projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and the strategic use of AI tools to optimize processes.
/p h3Role and Responsibilities /h3 ul libClient Service Excellence: /b Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring timely, reliable, and high-quality responses.
Act as a trusted consultant to anticipate partner needs.
/li libAI-Driven Brief Analysis: /b Collaborate with management to explore client requests, utilizing generative AI tools and data analysis for a deeper understanding of market trends and expectations.
/li libAI-Enhanced Talent Selection: /b Utilize AI tools and data analysis for influencer scouting, evaluating follower authenticity, content quality, and strategic affinity based on real metrics.
/li libIntegrated Project Management: /b Oversee projects through all agency phases, ensuring development, delivery, and final evaluation while working in synergy with creative and digital departments.
/li libContent Community Oversight: /b Supervise the development of editorial plans (PED) and community management, integrating automation and AI solutions to optimize engagement and responsiveness.
/li libAdministrative Tech Diligence: /b Precisely manage quotes, timelines, and reporting, integrating AI tools for administrative automation and performance monitoring (including social KPIs and ROI tracking).
/li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul libExperience: /b Minimum of 5 years of experience as an PM/Account in structured communication agencies.
/li libDigital AI Oriented: /b Proven experience in digital campaigns and familiarity with major AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, sentiment analysis, or automation tools).
/li libRelational Growth: /b Proven ability to maintain and grow long?term client relationships.
/li libCreative Understanding:



/b Ability to interpret and enhance the creative solutions proposed by the agency.
/li libSoftware Skills: /b Excellent proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and cloud collaboration platforms.
/li libEducation: /b University degree, preferably in Communication or Marketing.
