/p h3About The Role /h3 pAt the moment we are looking for an bInternal sales /b in our bPC Businees Unit- /b The person will be experienced in bbuilding excellent customer /b and vbendor sales relationships /b through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge.
The internal Sales Specialist will be experienced in bgenerating new business opportunities /b by planning outbound calls to customers and having a bgeneral conversation around a solution/product area /b; always in the direction of achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.
/p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liProactively manage the customers lifecycle /li liProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts /li liEngages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes /li liManages customer backorder and Report along specialist knowledge /li liProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions /li liDrives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required,



collaborating with colleagues and General Sales Force /li liGenerate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities /li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul li1-2 years of experience /li liNumerate with good attention to detail /li liExcellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills /li liPriority management and planning skills /li liStrive to achieve set targets /li liUnderstands Sales Process /li liIdeal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM /li liIT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
