We are looking for a dedicated Campaign Performance Improvement Expert to join our team and drive performance optimization across the market.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in monitoring campaign success, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitating communication between teams to resolve complex issues.
This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions and collaborating closely with market leaders and HQ.
You Will
Monitor Campaign Performance: Track the status of campaigns, identify underperforming areas, and escalate complex cases to market leadership and HQ as needed
Support Strategy Development: Participate in shaping effective market-level strategies by gathering insights and collaborating on improvement initiatives
Oversee Implementation: Monitor and ensure implementation of campaign recommendations to drive performance
Create Action Plan: Develop tailored action plans to address campaign challenges
Recommend Improvement: Provide recommendations for campaign improvements and support teams in adopting best practices
Analyse Market Issue: Identify patterns in campaign issues, elevate broader challenges, and collaborate with HQ to evaluate their local and global impact
Gather Knowledge: Collect and share insights on market-specific Attribution Models, methodologies, and practices




Optimise Process: Streamline campaign integration processes to prevent common issues and ensure a seamless experience
Desired Experience
Proven track record in optimising campaigns with strong business, product, and operational acumen
Proficiency in data analysis to identify underperformance and recommend impactful solutions
Experience in managing project tasks, including monitoring and documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills
Fluent spoken and written English; Italian is a plus
Proven ability to work effectively across teams, acting as a vital link between the Campaign Performance Improvement Center (CPIC) and local market teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and seamless collaboration
