/p pReporting to senior leadership, you will lead the design and implementation of the company's Talent Development and Learning strategy.
/p pThis is a strategic HR role focused on building processes, not administration.
Payroll and operational HR activities are managed separately, allowing you to focus on performance management, competency frameworks, career development and organizational growth.
/p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDesign and implement Learning Development and Talent Management frameworks.
/li liDevelop competency models,



career paths and performance management processes.
/li liPartner with business leaders to drive talent development and organizational effectiveness.
/li liPromote a structured performance culture across a creative, fast-paced environment.
/li liSupport leadership on people development and organizational initiatives /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liSolid experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management or Learning Development.
/li liBackground gained in structured and complex organizations such as consulting firms, multinational companies or corporate environments.
/li liStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.
/li liAnalytical mindset with experience in performance management and organizational development.
