Overview Location: Walbridge, Ohio (open to 100% traveling) Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000+ annually, based on experience and qualifications Are you a seasoned construction leader ready to take on high-impact commercial and industrial projects? Our company is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale capital projects from start to finish. Responsibilities * Oversee and manage large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects * Develop and implement strategies for timely and cost-effective project completion * Provide regular project status updates to Construction Operations leadership * Identify and mitigate project risks * Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment * Ensure adherence to quality standards through inspections and QA/QC processes * Resolve construction challenges and prevent delays * Lead and manage cross-functional project teams * Build and maintain relationships with key clients * Participate in strategic and operational initiatives to support company growth Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management * ***** years of experience in the construction industry and project management * Proven history of managing large commercial and industrial construction projects * Strong computer skills relevant to construction project management * Knowledge of safety best practices and procedures * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship * Ability to travel out-of-state for the duration of projects * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize, pivot with unexpected changes, and manage multiple tasks Preferred Skills & Qualifications * OSHA 30 certification * Experience with various contract delivery methods * Strategic planning and implementation experience * Ability to build and lead cohesive teams * Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills * Situational awareness and crisis management capabilities * Experience identifying client needs and managing projects from concept to completion Seniority level * Mid-Senior level Employment type * Contract Job function * Project Management and Information Technology Industries * Staffing and Recruiting #J-*****-Ljbffr
