" /p pPeggy Focheux Duval: Director of Learning Development, France /p pWe are looking for an bAccounts Payable Clerk /b to strengthen the Finance team of our hotel.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, t his role will be responsible for the full management of the accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal procedures, and timely execution of administrative activities.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic hospitality environment.
/p h3Essential Functions /h3 ul liFull management of the accounts payable cycle, including supplier invoice posting,
reconciliations, and controls.
/li liVerification of the correct application of contracts, pricing, and agreed terms with suppliers.
/li liManagement of internal approval workflows in line with hotel procedures and policies.
/li liPreparation of payments and reconciliation of supplier accounts.
/li liMonitoring deadlines and managing open items.
/li liSupporting monthly and annual closing activities.
/li liDocument archiving and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
/li liCollaboration with the Financial Controller on periodic analysis and reporting.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 3 years of experience in accounting /li liProficiency in Italian and English (both mandatory).
/li liSolid administrative and interpersonal skills.
/li liAbility to work collaboratively within a team.
