We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play a Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Turin - Mirafiori.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Supervisor include but are not limited to the following:
- the achievement of daily production program with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment;
- driving continuous improvement activities and ensures the highest skills develop.

Reporting to the Shift Manager of the Production Unit he/she is in charge, he/she is responsible for managing a team of Team Leaders and Line Operators for the segment of the production line he/she is responsible for.
He/She is responsible for all indicators in his/her production area: Quality, Safety, Production, People, Costs; he/she will monitor, analyze, and define efficiency strategies, including through deployment to his/her team leaders and through continuous improvement projects, in collaboration with
