/strong /ppbr/ppSystematica, is looking for a Road Design Engineer to join our team in Milan.
/ppAs part of our expanding team, you will work on national and international projects, contributing to the design of efficient and sustainable road networks.
/ppWe're looking for someone motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a multidisciplinary environment alongside urban planners, engineers, and mobility experts.
/ppbr/ppstrongMain Duties /strong /pulliContribute to the design and development of urban and interurban road projects, from concept to detailed design stages.
/liliSupport the integration of road design within multidisciplinary projects involving transport planning, urban design, and infrastructure engineering.
/liliPrepare and review technical drawings, geometric layouts, and cross sections using design software.
/liliCoordinate with other engineers, planners, and architects to ensure design consistency and quality.
/liliParticipate in client meetings and presentations, providing clear technical input and design updates.
/liliAssist in preparing project reports, design documentation, and tender materials.




/li /ulpbr/ppstrongJob position education /strong /ppUniversity Degree in Transport Engineering or equivalent.
/ppbr/ppstrongJob position experience /strong /pp1-2 years of professional experience in Road Design projects /ppbr/ppstrongJob position skills /strong /ppEssential qualifications and experience: /pulliStrong knowledge of road design principles and standards (Italian and international).
/liliProficiency in strongAutoCAD Civil 3D / Civil Desing /strong for road geometry and road modeling.
/liliAbility to prepare and review technical drawings and documentation.
/liliTeamwork and communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
/liliGood knowledge of strongItalian and /strong strongEnglish /strong (spoken and written).
/li /ulpbr/ppDesirable Skills /pulliExperience with strongBIM for Infrastructure /strong (Autodesk InfraWorks, Revit, or Navisworks).
/liliExperience with international projects or coordination with foreign teams.
