Main ResponsibilitiesTo achieve sales & sell-through objectives for the business at country level.To propose and implement adequate commercial actions to increase the business.To formulate and coordinate launching plans and follow-up strategies for the business.To organize and manage adequate buying, transfer and reorder policy.To organize and conduct the products trainings and find new initiatives to animate the stores community.To collaborate with the Logistics Department to ensure that all conditions are met for a smooth delivery process.To work with the Visual Merchandising Department to define commercial priorities, ensuring products visibility.To collaborate with PR Office to give visibility to the products.
ProfileRequirementsAt least 10 years extensive experience in merchandising.Good analytical and organizational skills.Proven ability to communicate, convince in writing and verbal.Good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team.Professional presentation skill.Open, modern, curious, communicative, action-oriented.Sensitivity to product and passion for luxury goods.Strong knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point).
Proficiency in English.Based in Milan's Head Office.CONCLUSA
