pWe are seeking for a strongTime Methods /strongto join the strongIndustrial Engineering /strong department, with the goal of contributing significantly to the improvement of efficiency, quality, and competitiveness across production processes.
The selected candidate will work in a structured and fast?evolving environment, focusing on the analysis, standardization, and optimization of work methods and processing times.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliAnalysis of production cycles and evaluation of work methods and processing times.
/liliDefinition and updating of cycle times and productivity standards.
/liliDesign and optimization of production layouts and operational flows.
/liliIdentification and implementation of improvement opportunities in terms of efficiency, quality, ergonomics, and safety.
/liliSupport in the industrialization of new products and processes.
/liliMonitoring key production KPIs and preparing periodic reports.
/liliParticipation in and coordination of Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
/liliTraining personnel on work methods, operational standards, and procedures.
/liliManagement and updating of technical documentation (cycles, bills of materials, work instructions).
/liliSupport in analyzing variances related to time and cost deviations.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongEducation and Technical Skills /strong /pulliDegree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,



Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
/lili5–8 years of experience in Time Methods or Industrial Engineering.
/liliKnowledge of time?measurement methods and predetermined motion-time systems (e.G., MTM).
/liliStrong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
/liliExcellent knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis/Business Intelligence tools.
/liliFamiliarity with current safety and ergonomics regulations.
/liliGood command of English, preferably with technical proficiency.
