/ppbr / /ppstrongRole Overview: /strong /ppWe are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team, which is dedicated to managing and strengthening relationships with national and international customers.
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing comprehensive support throughout the sales and post-sales processes.
/ppbr / /ppstrongIn your role you will: /strong /pulliManage daily communications with customers, ensuring timely and effective support; /liliMonitor orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring compliance with the agreed timing and conditions; /liliCoordinate with internal departments - logistics, commercial, production - to resolve any operational issues; /liliProvide proactive customer support, identifying solutions to improve satisfaction and loyalty; /liliSupport the sales team in developing growth strategies for the target markets; /liliRequest the necessary documentation for export - delivery notes, invoices, certifications - and manage any requests for customs assistance; /liliAnalyze customer feedbacks and identify areas for improvement in business processes.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongThe ideal candidate has: /strong /pulliA Degree in Languages, Economics,



or related fields; /lili1-2 years experience in similar roles, preferably in international contexts; /liliExcellent command of English (C1 European Level or higher).
