ppProject Management activities for a client operating in the Industrial sector.
Responsible for managing strategic projects and experience coordinating the Project Management Office, ensuring the consistent application of project management methodologies and monitoring project performance.
/p pLocation: on site in Milan /p pDuration: 6 months /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage complex and cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality, and scope.
/li liDefine, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
/li liExperience coordinating the Project Management Office, serving as a point of contact for project managers.
/li liSupport management in defining portfolio priorities and allocating resources.
/li liMonitor project progress through KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
/li liIdentify and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical issues.
/li liPromote a culture of project management and continuous improvement.




/li liEnsure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
/li liSupport strategic planning and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
/li liStandardize templates, tools, and best practices.
/li liEnsure consistency between projects, corporate strategy, and business objectives.
/li liProvide top management with visibility into project portfolio performance.
/li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul liSolid experience managing complex projects.
/li liIn-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile Scrum).
/li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
