/p h3About the role /h3 pA senior professional with a strong engineering background and proven experience in managing complex hardware products, responsible for building and structuring the company's Product Management function.
/p h3Requirements /h3 ul liEstablishment of the Product Management function from the ground up.
/li liManagement and development of complex hardware products.
/li liAbility to integrate customer needs, technical feasibility,
and financial sustainability.
/li liCoordination of commercial, production, and organisational perspectives.
/li liAbility to balance market requirements with the company's technical and operational capabilities.
/li liCross-functional collaboration with the CEO, C-level executives, and key business functions.
/li liAbility to identify strategic priorities and define non-negotiable requirements.
/li liSystems thinking.
/li liAbility to foster alignment across the C-suite and different business functions.
/li liAbility to manage trade-offs effectively.
