pstrongRetail Operations Specialist /strong /ppstrongAbout the Role /strong /ppMissoni is looking for a strongRetail Operations Specialist /strong to support the daily operations of its retail network, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across all stores.
/ppThe role will work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain and other corporate functions to optimize store processes, support business initiatives and contribute to delivering an outstanding client experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical and passionate about luxury retail.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliSupport the day-to-day operations of the retail network, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
/liliMonitor store performance through operational KPIs and prepare regular reports and analyses.
/liliCoordinate retail operational activities, ensuring timely execution of company initiatives and projects.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes and enhance store efficiency.
/liliSupport inventory management activities, stock accuracy and operational best practices.
/liliAssist with the implementation of new operational procedures, tools and retail systems.
/liliProvide operational support for store openings, relocations and refurbishment projects.
/liliManage and update operational documentation, guidelines and manuals.
/liliAct as a point of contact for stores, providing timely support on operational matters.




/liliIdentify areas for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of solutions that enhance operational performance.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongProfile /strong /pulli2–4 years of experience in Retail Operations, Store Operations or a similar role, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion industry.
/liliGood understanding of retail operations and store processes.
/liliStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.
/liliExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
/liliProactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
/liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
/liliAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and retail systems is considered a plus.
/liliFluent in English; /liliAvailability to travel occasionally.
