As a PMO you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of migration projects (infrastructure, applications, or sites) within our business and technology teams.
/p h3Your Missions /h3 ul liCoordinate end?to?end migration activities (planning, execution, cutover) /li liSupport project plan management and advanced progress tracking /li liAlign technical teams, business units, and stakeholders /li liManage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle /li liPrepare reporting and status updates for stakeholders /li liSupport go?live and post?migration phases /li liCollaborate in hybrid mode, with presence in Milan office once per week /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liExperience as PMO or Project Coordinator in IT environments /li liFamiliarity with migration projects (cloud, data, infrastructure, or applications) /li liProficient with project tracking tools (Jira, MS Project, Excel) /li liAbility to coordinate and manage priorities effectively /li liEnglish fluent.
Italian fluent.




/li li3?4 years of relevant professional experience /li liExperience in consulting or multi?client contexts is a plus /li liKnowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus /li liExperience in cutover management or global roll?outs is a plus /li liFreelancer opportunity only.
