/a /ph3Job Description /h3pbPosition Summary /bbr/The Manager, Site Business Enablement will support the execution of cross-site value generation and harmonization initiatives withinOperations Procurement,with a focus on driving efficiency, operational excellence, and sustainable business outcomes.
Reporting to the Associate Director,Procurement Lead,Site Business Enablement, this role will partner with site and functional stakeholders toidentify, prioritize, and implement opportunities that deliver measurable PL impact, cost avoidance, and productivity improvements.
/ppThis position requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative individual who can support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple sites.
Key areas of focus may include tail spend optimization, support of site category strategy implementation, catalog strategy expansion, and change management activities enabling adoption and long-term value realization.

/p /li /ulullipDemonstrated experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
/p /li /ulullipStrong analytical,
problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
/p /li /ulullipExperience with category management, spend optimization, catalog strategy, or process improvementstronglypreferred.
/p /li /ulullipEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
/p /li /ulullipAbility tooperatewith a high degree of accountability, urgency, and professionalism.
/p /li /ulullipExperience supporting change management and implementation activities preferred.
