pulliRun provider performance reviews /li /ul pAs part of the HSM team, be responsible for intake/approvals for biospecimen sourcing (global sourcing).
Ensures Service Level Agreement (SLA) delivery and alignment with global standards.
/p h3This Role Entails /h3 ul liSupport the local SLA process /li liManage local intake, prioritization, resourcing, and SLA adherence for all materials /li liPerform/delegate approvals for acquire/use/transfer/destruction of materials /li liSupport HDRP (formerly CENTRAXX) administration (lifecycle management) /li liItaly regulatory process for import-export and workflows.
/li liRun provider performance reviews /li liSupport internal and external stakeholders with human sample access queries /li liEnsure Human Sample operations including (fresh) sample reception, storage, tracking, distribution, and destruction /li liSupport the lead of the team for local audits /li liProvide training and documentation as needed for the HSM processes /li liContribute to quality management and process development /li /ul h3This Role Requires /h3 ul liPhD in Biology, Life Sciences or related field or Masters with several years of experience in Biology/Life Sciences in a CRO,



Biotech or Pharma organization /li li2-4 years experience in human sample management, quality and compliance (biosample acquisition and management) /li liProject management skills, including planning and organization /li liKnowledge and experience with human sample compliance and all applicable laws/regulations.
Understanding of clinical sample governance /li liAbility to work cross-functional, multi-disciplinary and across multiple projects simultaneously /li liExperience in implementing workflows for ethical and regulatory compliance /li /ul pStrong communicator in Italian and English /p pAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
/p pAbility and experience in working in a matrix environment.
