Working in a dynamic international environment, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and key customers to ensure products meet market needs and business objectives.ResponsibilitiesOwn the assigned product portfolio, drivinggrowth, profitability, competitiveness, and lifecycle management,including strategic pricing across SKUs, modularization, and end-of-lifeplanning Develop a deep understanding of market trends,customer needs, segmentation, competitor landscape, and productperformance to identify growth opportunities and support productdevelopment decisions, business cases, and investment prioritiesDefine and manage product vision, roadmaps,business cases, positioning, USPs, branding, and go-to-market strategies,partnering with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and key customers to ensuresuccessful product launches Conduct market research, margin analysis,profitability assessments, demand forecasting, and in-life performancemonitoring to support strategic decision-making and portfolio optimizationAct as the voice of the customer by buildingstrong relationships with key customers, gathering market and warrantyfeedback, promoting product awareness, driving continuous productimprovement, and proactively addressing product-related challenges. Your ProfileProven experience in Product Management, with asuccessful track record of managing products throughout their entirelifecycle, preferably within the marine,
