ph3Digital Consultant /h3 pAt dentsu we are looking for a Digital Consultant to be employed in our Milan office.
The purpose of the role is to support clients reach their business goals by managing their digital performance strategy and execution.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the planning and execution of paid search (e.g., Google Ads, Bing), paid social (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), and display performance campaigns (e.g., networks, affiliation, DEM, retargeting), ensuring effective time and project management throughout all phases.
/li liStrong analytical skills to supervise programmatic strategies and generate actionable insights for performance reporting.
/li liOversee end-to-end campaign processes: brief analysis, strategy definition, media budget allocation, vendor negotiation, media planning, booking, creative delivery, account setup, keyword and copy creation, daily optimization, and reporting—while maintaining a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
/li liMaintain a strong focus on client KPIs,



proactively identifying opportunities to meet and exceed targets, even under pressure and tight deadlines.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor or Master's Degree in Communication or similar fields.
/li li1 / 2 years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
/li liIntermediate knowledge in search and social advertising platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
/li liSolid understanding of display performance media vendors and technologies.
/li liProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
/li liKnowledge and familiarity with Ad Serving and Analytics tools.
/li liStructured and goal-oriented mindset.
/li liGood knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
