Executive Chef de Cuisine / Head Chef (m/f/d)Gross annual salary starting from € ******,00 up to €******,00 (14 salaries)
Your responsibilities:
Designs and plans the menu for guests
Manages and motivates employees, prepares rosters
Complies with quality standards and checks the quality of the food offered
Plans and implements various specials together with the bar, restaurant, and F&B; managers
Supervises and maintains the kitchen in terms of cleanliness and tidiness
Prepares the offerings for the F&B; outlets, as well as their pricing
Ensures optimum purchasing and ordering of food and runs efficient inventories
Adheres to and reviews the ongoing kitchen budget and the labor costs for the department
Ensures that power, gas, and consumables are used efficiently
Ensures compliance with HACCP policies in the kitchen
Your profile:
Several years of work experience in the kitchen area
Completed vocational training as a chef
Experience managing and motivating employees
Strong service and quality orientation
Business and organizational skills and xysqume know-how
Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
A can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong solution orientation
Highly engaged
