ph3Job Description /h3 pTo monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing and coordinating the flow of information and reporting and tracking issues arising from design, progress, quality and safety.
/p pTo assist in the preparation of minutes for project site meetings.
/p pTo track all the design approval/validation processes ensuring responses are provided in due dates.
/p pTo undertake regular site walks to promote and observe safety and progress.
/p pTo assist in the development and implementation of quality management.
/p pTo monitor activities, procedures and site works, record and report non-conforming work and drive the team for follow up, preventative, and close out actions.

/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline.
/li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Development Management and Project Management.
/li liFluency in Italian and English languages.
/li /ul h3It Will Be Considered a Plus /h3 ul liPrevious experience in multinational environment or in Project Management at Construction.
/li liPrevious experience in the construction management at industrial sector.
/li liPrevious experience permitting process.
/li liPrevious experience in coordination activities related to LEED/BREEAM certifications.
/li liCertifications in the field of project management BIM/REVIT knowledge.
