Production Cell Leader – Castelgomberto

ppWe are looking for a Cell Leader for the Operations team, who will report to Production Manager at the Castelgomberto plant.
In this role, you will be fully accountable for the SQPDCI results (Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, Cost, Innovation) of your production cell (which includes multiple lines).
You will focus on loss elimination across the entire cell, removing barriers for your Line Leaders, and ensuring that each line achieves its business results in a Manufacturing Excellence environment.

/liliLead bdaily performance meetings /b, set priorities, and ensure resource alignment.
/liliDrive bsafety and quality compliance /b, conducting audits and resolving gaps.
/liliFoster bteam development /b, manage staffing, and promote accountability.
/liliEnsure bproduction schedule adherence /b and smooth material flow.
/liliImplement bcost reduction initiatives /b and monitor budget compliance.
/liliSupport binnovation projects /b, including new product launches and technology integration.
/li /ulpbWho we are looking for /b /pulliUpper Secondary (High School Diploma),Technical Degree or the equivalent level of practical experience in manufacturing shopfloor is required; a University Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
/liliCertifications of formal training in Lean, World Class Manufacturing or similar methodologies are preferable /liliExperience in shopfloor operations with proven capability in leading small teams (e.g., 5–10 operators).
/liliDemonstrated success in implementing improvement initiatives at the line level.
/liliHands-on experience in safety and quality compliance, problem solving and technical issues resolution within a manufacturing.
/li /ulpbTechnical Competences /b /pulliDeep knowledge of manufacturing processes and dynamics /liliFamiliarity with operation equipment, basic maintenance processes, and production scheduling systems.




/liliFamiliarity with Daily Management Systems and Lean tools.
/liliUnderstanding of cost drivers and analytical approach to highlight main gaps, and ability to manage a departmental budget.
/li /ulpbLeadership Competences /b /pulliAbility to lead multiple teams, and communicate clearly at all levels.
/liliCapable of planning and executing cell-wide initiatives, aligning resources with business objectives.
