ph3Network Technician (Freelance | Onsite IT Support) /h3 pWe are seeking Network Technicians to deliver onsite IT and network support at the sites of a major international retail client.
This is a freelance, as-needed engagement.
Assignments will be assigned according to your location and availability.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver onsite IT and network support at client locations.
/li liIdentify and fix network and connectivity problems.
/li liSet up and replace routers, switches, Wi?Fi access points, and other IT hardware.
/li liCarry out hardware upgrades and break/fix repairs.
/li liFill out service reports and update support tickets following each visit.
/li liWork alongside remote support teams to resolve technical problems.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of experience in onsite IT or network support.
/li liSolid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi?Fi, and VPN.




/li liFamiliarity with Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or similar vendors.
/li liStrong troubleshooting and communication abilities.
/li liValid driver's license and willingness to travel.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liCCNA, CompTIA Network+, or a comparable networking certification.
/li liBackground in IT support for retail stores or retail settings.
