/ph3What you will do /h3pAs an On Site Testing Manager CESI S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include: /ph3Project Execution Site Operations /h3ulliPlan, coordinate and execute OST projects in line with customer requirements, contractual commitments and internal delivery standards.
/liliDefine execution schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress to ensure timely completion and high equipment utilization.
/liliSupervise site activities and ensure compliance with technical procedures, safety standards and customer expectations.
/liliAct as the primary operational interface for customers and site teams during project execution.
/liliManage unexpected issues and site constraints, ensuring rapid and effective problem-solving to avoid downtime, cost overruns or service disruption.
/liliEnsure proper mobilization and demobilization of test systems, logistics, documentation and site readiness.
/li /ulh3Resource Asset Management /h3ulliPlan and coordinate the deployment of personnel, test systems, vehicles and external service providers, where applicable.
/liliOptimize asset utilization, reduce idle time and maximize testing productivity across multiple sites.
/liliEnsure field teams are technically prepared, properly equipped and aligned with project-specific requirements.
/liliCoordinate maintenance needs and operational availability of testing assets in cooperation with the relevant technical and support functions.
/li /ulh3Scheduling, Cost Performance Control /h3ulliPrepare and maintain detailed project schedules, including dependencies, milestones and critical path items.
/liliTrack time, cost, margin and operational performance for each job, implementing corrective actions where required.
/liliSupport the budgeting process for the OST unit and take responsibility for achieving assigned financial and operational targets.
/liliMaintain transparent reporting on workload, resource availability, equipment utilization,



project risks and delivery performance.
/li /ulh3Client Interface Commercial Support /h3ulliLiaise directly with customers to confirm execution schedules, coordinate site access, logistics and readiness, and ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
/liliManage claims, variations, deviations and non-conformities in close collaboration with Sales, Quality and the relevant technical functions.
/liliCooperate with Sales during the definition and operational assessment of complex quotations, including feasibility, resource needs, timing and /li /ulh3Operational Excellence Continuous Improvement /h3ulliIdentify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and recurrent delays, and implement practical process improvements.
/liliIntroduce, maintain and continuously improve standardized site procedures, checklists, lessons learned and delivery KPIs.
/liliLead initiatives aimed at reducing setup time, improving test efficiency, strengthening safety performance and enhancing reliability of results.
/liliLead and motivate OST field teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, ownership and result orientation.
/liliEnsure personnel are trained, certified and technically competent for their assigned duties.
/liliConduct regular performance reviews, coaching and capability development to strengthen operational excellence across locations.
/li /ulh3QHSE Responsibility /h3ulliEnsure full compliance with Quality, Health, Safety and Environment requirements for all OST activities.
/liliGuarantee that all work is executed in accordance with KEMA Labs standards, customer/site-specific rules and applicable regulations.
/liliPromote a proactive safety culture, including preparation, toolbox talks, risk assessments, incident prevention and timely escalation of issues.

/ph3What you bring /h3h3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline; Master's degree is a plus /lili10+ years of proven experience in on-site operations, commissioning,



testing or field service activities in the energy or power sector.
/liliStrong background in project execution, scheduling, resource planning and site management.
/liliDemonstrated ability to manage multi-site teams, resources and assets in an international environment.
/liliSolid knowledge of testing, commissioning or diagnostics of high-voltage equipment, such as transformers, cables, GIS or substations, is strongly preferred.
/liliExcellent organizational, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
/liliStrong execution and delivery orientation.
/liliExcellent planning, scheduling and coordination capability.
/liliAbility to manage trade-offs between time, cost, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
/liliPragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to make timely decisions in the field.
/liliHigh sense of ownership and accountability for results.
/liliEffective communication with customers, engineers, field staff and internal stakeholders.
/li /ulh3Additional Requirements /h3ulliAvailability to travel frequently across Europe.
/liliProven ability to lead multicultural and multi-location teams.
/liliFluency in English is required; German and/or Dutch are an advantage.
