OffertaKey RequirementsStrong knowledge of accounting principles (Italian GAAP / OIC and/or IFRS), with particular focus on real estate accountingGood understanding of real estate taxation, including VAT, property taxes, and transaction-related taxesProven experience in the real estate sector is highly recommendedGood level of spoken and written English (German is a plus)Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environmentMain ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate, compliant, and timely financial management of Italian real estate entitiesAct as main liaison between headquarters and external accountants, tax advisors, and auditorsCoordinate reporting, closing, and filing timelines,
proactively following up with all stakeholdersReview periodic financial statements and tax filings, identifying inconsistencies, risks, or improvement areasEnsure proper documentation, audit trails, and compliance with Italian accounting and tax regulationsMonitor cash flow, rental income, and operating expensesOversee rental invoicing, payments, and collectionsSupport the management of real estate structures, including SPVs and holding companiesEnsure correct accounting and tax treatment of: capex vs opex, VAT, property taxes (IMU, TARI, etc.)Manage supplier invoices, expenses, and document archiving (physical and digital)Support notary processes and property registry activitiesCoordinate with legal and tax advisors on corporate structures and cross-border transactions (e.g. dividends, intercompany loans)Support cash management activitiesProvide operational and administrative support to the local team as neededEnsure compliance with data protection regulationsCompetenze ed esperienza5+ years of experience in accounting / finance within the real estate sectorSolid grounding in real estate accounting fundamentals, including asset capitalization, depreciation, and financial statement reviewGood tax awareness, particularly regarding Italian real estate taxationProactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilitiesStrong communication skills and confidence interacting with external advisors and senior stakeholdersComfortable operating in a family office setting, where reliability, discretion, and long-term perspective are essentialCompleta l'offerta Opportunity to grow within an important family office
