In this role, you will streamline communication, maintain systems, and manage documents information to support the success of our clinical research projects.
/p pbThis position is reserved for candidates belonging to protected categories under Italian Law *****.
/b /p pYour responsibilities will include: /p ul liMaintenance ofdatabases, tracking systems, and management of large volumes of documents /li liActing as the primary communication point for investigative sites and internal departments /li liCoordination of site-specific query resolution, project training, and system access for site teams /li liAssistance with meeting arrangements,



including preparation of draft agendas and minutes /li liHandling of incoming correspondence and calls efficiently /li /ul ul liCollege/University Degree in Life Sciences /li liPrior administrative experience in Clinical Research / CRO environment is preferred /li liFull working proficiency in Italian and English /li liProficiency in standard MS Office applications /li liExcellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills /li liAbility to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment /li /ul pbBase salary range: /b€28,000 – €41,000 gross annual salary.br/bActual compensation: /bThe salary offered within the stated range will depend on objective, job-related criteria, including demonstrated competencies, qualifications, and skills relevant to the position.br/bAdditional compensation: /bbonus, incentive plans, and other benefits may apply.
