/li liBusiness Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
/li liReferral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
/li liStaffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed.
Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
/li liIn-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
/li liFinancial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
/li liCultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory.
