/ph3Role /h3pAs Business Travel Specialist, you will be part of our Event Excellence team, responsible for driving growth in the company by organising and managing events.
You will also work closely with our Sales Engineering team.
/ph3Location /h3pThis is a hybrid role.
The reference office is in Milan and we would love to see you around our office when possible.
/ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliPlanning, coordination, and management of requests related to bookings, including flights, trains, hotels,



and transfers /liliLiaising with the company's suppliers for booking management activities /liliSupporting the Event Excellence team in event organisation activities /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliAt least 1/3 years of experience in event management /liliAlready working as a freelance /liliPart?time availability /liliPrevious experience handling organisational secretarial tasks is preferable /liliTeam player problem solver /liliGood communication and negotiation skills and good project management skills /liliFluent both in English and Italian (at least B2) /liliGood knowledge of Excel Power Point /li /ulh3Office Team Life /h3ulliA casual and relaxed office environment to let you feel comfortable /liliMonthly events/dinners outside the office to enjoy and get to know the team members /liliAn inclusive environment with a real focus on parity (almost 50% of our team members are women) /liliWeekly seasonal fruit in the office and everyday coffee and tea in the kitchen /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
