ppAs bCampus Manager /b, you will lead the boperations and management /b of a STACK Data Center Campus, ensuring boperational excellence /b, bregulatory compliance /b, bbudget control /b, and high levels of bclient satisfaction /b across the site.
/p pYou will oversee the bCritical Operations team /b, coordinate vendors and projects, and ensure the campus operates safely and efficiently in a b24/7 environment /b.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liLead bsafe and compliant campus operations /b across all critical infrastructure activities /li liManage bCritical Operations team /b, supporting training and team development /li liOversee bpreventative and corrective maintenance programs /b to ensure operational reliability /li liCoordinate bvendors, contractors, and project activities /b, including fit-out and commissioning works /li liDevelop and maintain btechnical procedures /b for maintenance activities and emergency situations /li liMonitor bfacility performance /b and respond to operational incidents or abnormal conditions /li liLead bincident reporting /b, broot cause analysis /b, and continuous improvement initiatives /li liManage bsite audits /b and ensure compliance with bstatutory, HSE, and STACK requirements /b /li liManage bCAPEX/OPEX budgets /b, forecasting, and operational reporting including KPIs and site status /li liCollaborate with binternal teams and clients /b to support operational activities and maintain high customer satisfaction /li /ul h3Who We're Looking For /h3 ul libHigh school diploma /b or bUniversity degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering /b /li liExperience in bData Center /b, bcritical facilities /b, or bcampus/facility management /b environments /li liKnowledge of bmaintenance /b and bcritical infrastructure systems /b including cooling, power, and maintenance operations /li liExperience managing b24/7 operations /b, vendors,
