/ph3YOUR ROLE /h3pSemiconductor manufacturing is a core part of microchip production and includes a range of advanced process technologies used to build highly precise electronic devices.
These processes may cover patterning, material removal, deposition, surface treatment, and doping, depending on the specific production step.
Technologies such as lithography, wet etching, dry etching, deposition, and ion implantation play a critical role in defining fine structures, controlling device performance, and ensuring process consistency.
These activities require strong technical discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a high-volume,
high-precision manufacturing environment.
/ppThe main objectives of the position are: /pulliGuarantee tool uptime and tool performance aligned to targets /liliEnsure process robustness and stability /liliDefinition and management of equipment control chart /liliDefinition, management and training for OCAP /liliManagement of hold lots, tool alarms and FDC /liliNew tool selection, Equipment Procurement Specification definition and tool start-up /liliImprove tool and process performances in term of COO, defectivity, OEE, MTBC,... /liliDevelop new processes according to device/proc.dev group requirements /li /ulh3YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCES /h3ulliScientific degree or Ph.D. in Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Engineering or similar /liliThe ideal candidate should have competencies on either the chemical or the physical aspects of the process and on physical characterization techniques:ulliPlasma physics, vacuum physics /liliChemical kinetics,
material science /li /ul /liliEnglish Knowledge /liliScientific approach /liliStrong problem solving ability /liliFlexibility in priorities management /liliTeam work ability /liliStatistical skills /li /ulpThe expected salary range for this position is €38,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role.
/ppIn accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks.
Placement within the range will depend on the candidate's profile and demonstrated competencies.
The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
