p We are seeking for a b Time Methods /b to join the b Industrial Engineering /b department, with the goal of contributing significantly to the improvement of efficiency, quality, and competitiveness across production processes.
The selected candidate will work in a structured and fast?evolving environment, focusing on the analysis, standardization, and optimization of work methods and processing times.

brpb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Analysis of production cycles and evaluation of work methods and processing times.
/lili Definition and updating of cycle times and productivity standards.
/lili Design and optimization of production layouts and operational flows.
/lili Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in terms of efficiency, quality, ergonomics, and safety.
/lili Support in the industrialization of new products and processes.
/lili Monitoring key production KPIs and preparing periodic reports.
/lili Participation in and coordination of Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
/lili Training personnel on work methods, operational standards, and procedures.
/lili Management and updating of technical documentation (cycles, bills of materials, work instructions).
/lili Support in analyzing variances related to time and cost deviations.
/li /ul pb Requirements /b /p pb Education and Technical Skills /b /pulli Degree in Management Engineering,



Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
/lili5–8 years of experience in Time Methods or Industrial Engineering.
/lili Knowledge of time?measurement methods and predetermined motion-time systems (e.g., MTM).
/lili Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
/lili Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis/Business Intelligence tools.
/lili Familiarity with current safety and ergonomics regulations.
/lili Good command of English, preferably with technical proficiency.
