" /ppWe are looking for an bAccounts Payable Clerk /b to strengthen the Finance team of our hotel.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, t his role will be responsible for the full management of the accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal procedures, and timely execution of administrative activities.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position, offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic hospitality environment.
/ppbEssential Functions /b /pulliFull management of the accounts payable cycle, including supplier invoice posting, reconciliations, and controls.
/liliVerification of the correct application of contracts, pricing, and agreed terms with suppliers.




/liliManagement of internal approval workflows in line with hotel procedures and policies.
/liliPreparation of payments and reconciliation of supplier accounts.
/liliMonitoring deadlines and managing open items.
/liliSupporting monthly and annual closing activities.
/liliDocument archiving and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
/liliCollaboration with the Financial Controller on periodic analysis and reporting.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbQualifications /b /pulliMinimum 3 years of experience in accounting /liliProficiency in Italian and English (both mandatory).
/liliSolid administrative and interpersonal skills.
