you will serve as a strategic partner to EMC laboratory leaders, helping them identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, customer experience, resource utilisation, and financial performance.
/p pDrawing on your experience within EMC testing and laboratory operations, you will provide insights and leadership that help laboratories optimise performance while supporting sustainable business growth.
/p pThis role requires someone who can bridge the gap between technical operations and commercial strategy.
You'll understand the realities of laboratory environments while also recognising the wider business drivers that influence investment decisions, customer retention, market growth, and profitability.
Most importantly, you'll help bring people on a journey, building alignment across multiple teams and driving initiatives that deliver meaningful business outcomes.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liPartner with EMC laboratory leaders globally to improve operational performance, efficiency, and profitability.
/li liAnalyse business, operational, and financial data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
/li liDrive initiatives that improve laboratory utilisation, throughput, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
/li liSupport the development and execution of regional operational and commercial strategies.
/li liWork closely with laboratory, sales, finance, and business leaders to align priorities and deliver shared objectives.
/li liLead performance reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities across the EMC laboratory network.
/li liDevelop executive-level reporting and recommendations for regional and global leadership teams.
/li liIdentify and implement best practices across laboratories to improve consistency, productivity, and customer outcomes.
/li liSupport strategic investment decisions through robust operational and financial analysis.
/li liAct as a trusted advisor to laboratory managers and leadership teams on business performance, growth opportunities, and organisational effectiveness.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3What Makes You a Great Fit /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
/li liSignificant experience within EMC testing, laboratory operations, compliance, certification, or a related technical environment.
/li liStrong understanding of EMC laboratory operations and the key drivers of laboratory performance and profitability.
/li liExperience managing or influencing operational improvement initiatives.
/li liProven ability to analyse complex business and operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
/li liStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
/li liDemonstrated ability to build alignment and lead teams through change.
/li liCommercially minded with an understanding of customer engagement, growth opportunities, investment decisions, and financial performance.
/li liExcellent communication and presentation skills.
/li liFluency in English is vital, as you'll be frequently communicating with labs globally.
