Admin-Accounting Supervisor
(m/f/d)
Gross annual salary starting from € ******,00 up to €******,00 (14 salaries)
Your responsibilities:
Cost control and monitoring of budget variances
Management of daily and monthly closing procedures
Control and supervision of monthly inventories
Invoice processing, supplier billing management, and payment approval
Accounts receivable management and oversight of the accounts payable and receivable cycles
Ensuring the accuracy of accounting processes within operational departments
Management of purchasing orders at property level
Your profile:
Knowledge of VAT regulations and Italian as well as international invoicing procedures (EU and non-EU), with the ability to manage and verify related administrative documentation
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles;
experience in payroll or personnel accounting is considered an advantage
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality environments or multi-company organizations
Good proficiency in Excel and familiarity with management software (PMS and/or accounting systems)
Good command of English;
knowledge of German is considered an asset
Pragmatic approach, ability to prioritize tasks, and strong communication skills
