Like this, we are able to dramatically cut the number of tools, maintenance and effort required by teams that are delivering data to AI-powered systems, business analytics or data-intensive workflows.
If you've used a product or service powered by AI, chances are it was built by a team using Hiop behind the scenes.
We are looking for a Product Manager Intern to work closely with Product and Tech to understand how users interact with the product, turn data and feedback into insights and user stories, help define priorities, backlog and roadmap, and support the creation of product strategy.
Language
Our internal docs and collaboration happen in English — strong proficiency is required. Since we're based in Italy, fluency in Italian is a big plus.
Analyze product usage by reading adoption metrics, qualitative feedback, and market signals to identify opportunities and critical issues
Support the team in building analyses and materials that inform product decisions
Curiosity about AI, data analytics, and deep-tech B2B products
Excellent English proficiency (company language)




Comfort with numbers and analysis (Excel/Sheets); basic SQL or more advanced analysis is a plus
Familiarity with Google Workspace; Jira/Linear/Notion is a plus
Currently enrolled in a Master's program or recently graduated (e.g., Management Engineering / Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related STEM fields)
Experience we're looking for
A background or strong interest in Product, Service Design, or adjacent fields, with the willingness to work closely with tech teams on complex B2B problems.
Most importantly: you're curious, rigorous, and eager to learn fast while working on real product challenges — from onboarding and activation to trust, transparency and control (preview, error handling, audit trail, rollback/versioning).
6-month internship (curricular/extracurricular), with potential conversion to a contract afterward
