Full salary details for all eligible EU locations available on our Careers Page As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed. What You’ll Do

- Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities, including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks, and cross-training staff.
- Act as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers, ensuring that all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are understood and implemented.
- Review data from work order reports and create and present performance and progress reports to management, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning
- Conduct market research and evaluate vendors by comparing costs and benefits.
- Monitor regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
- Resolve complex issues and identify appropriate solutions to achieve team objectives.




- Develop new approaches to ensure the team meets its objectives.
- Contribute to the achievement of team and related team objectives.
- Ensure individual and team results positively impact customer objectives.
- Lead by example, modelling behaviours aligned with CBRE RISE values, and support the team in applying standard practices and procedures while building consensus.

What You’ll Need

- High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function, with basic knowledge of related areas.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts and handle sensitive information effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, curious mindset.
