We are looking forward to welcoming you to our team in Salò as:Admin-Accounting Supervisor (m/f/d)Gross annual salary starting from € ******,00 up to €******,00 (14 salaries)Your responsibilities:Cost control and monitoring of budget variancesManagement of daily and monthly closing proceduresControl and supervision of monthly inventoriesInvoice processing, supplier billing management, and payment approvalAccounts receivable management and oversight of the accounts payable and receivable cyclesEnsuring the accuracy of accounting processes within operational departmentsManagement of purchasing orders at property levelYour profile:Knowledge of VAT regulations and Italian as well as international invoicing procedures (EU and non-EU), with the ability to manage and verify related administrative documentationSolid understanding of basic accounting principles; experience in payroll or personnel accounting is considered an advantagePrevious experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality environments or multi-company organizationsGood proficiency in Excel and familiarity with management software (PMS and/or accounting systems)Good command of English; knowledge of German is considered an assetPragmatic approach, ability to prioritize tasks, and strong communication skillsWhat we offer you:A dynamic environment within a growing hotel group with more than 30 properties across EuropeConcrete opportunities for professional development, including cross-exposure assignments in other Falkensteiner hotelsTeam Member Rates, Family & Friends Special Rates, and employee benefits on F&B; and Spa servicesCompensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.Take a look at your future workplace: Resort & Appartements Gardasee | Falkensteiner Resort Lake Garda#J-*****-Ljbffr
