Job Purpose

The Fluid Power Innovation Engineer defines new technologies (components and systems)



and develops them until their proof of concept via prototypes testing. The focus is on hydraulic and electrohydraulic technologies for agricultural machines, both for driveline as well as implement and self-propelled machine working functions. The aim is improving machine efficiency, productivity, automation, reliability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the identification and development of innovative Fluid Power concepts and system architectures for agricultural applications.
- Support technology scouting, benchmarking and feasibility studies.
- Perform numerical simulation or coordinate with other teams to test concepts before physical proto is available to support engineering and business decisions.
- Contribute to prototype preparation, bench testing, vehicle testing and correlation between simulation and experimental results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
