You will directly shape service reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across on‐premise and cloud infrastructures.Based in Scandicci (FI) or Milan (MI) and operating in a global, multicultural context, this role offers strong exposure, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence both technology and operational strategy at enterprise scale.How You Will ContributeService Reliability & Operations ExcellenceTake end‐to‐end ownership of daily operations for hybrid infrastructures (private & public cloud)Ensure SLA compliance through proactive monitoring, automation,
and continuous performance optimizationManage and evolve cloud operations (mainly AWS & private cloud), delivering clear, data‐driven reporting to stakeholdersTechnical Leadership & DeliveryAct as technical reference point for one or more critical infrastructure domainsLead operational governance and technical committees with suppliers and outsourced partnersContribute to project design and execution, working across Agile and Waterfall delivery modelsGovernance, Process & CollaborationDrive Incident, Change, and Problem Management in line with ITIL best practicesLead complex troubleshooting, challenge root causes, and ensure sustainable remediationCollaborate closely with Service Owners, regional and global teams, brands, and technology entitiesTechnology Landscape (High Level)Linux & Windows | VMware | NetApp file, EverPure block, cloud storage (EFS, FSx, S3) | CommvaultAWS, GCP, AliCloud & Hybrid Cloud | Terraform, Ansible, vRA | ServiceNow (ITSM / CMDB)Monitoring & Logging | Security & Vulnerability Management | AI tools (Copilot, Gemini)Who you areSenior SysOps professional with 7+ years of experience in complex, enterprise‐scale and hybrid (on‐prem & cloud) environmentsStrong technical expert in systems administration, automation,
