ppOn behalf of our client, a fast-growing AI company, we are currently looking for a bForward Deployed Engineer /b for a permanent position.
/p pThe client is scaling its AI platform across enterprise customers and is building local teams in Italy to support the design, deployment and improvement of AI agents in real business environments.
/p pTheir work sits between software engineering, enterprise integrations, customer workflows and production AI systems.
They are looking for engineers who can work close to customers and turn complex business problems into working technical solutions.
/p h3Role background /h3 pThe selected candidate will work directly with enterprise customers to understand critical workflows, design AI-driven solutions and deploy agents that operate reliably in production.
/p pThe role includes translating open-ended problems into clear technical designs, building integrations across systems and data flows, testing with real data, measuring outcomes and iterating based on results.
/p pThe ideal candidate is a hands?on generalist engineer with strong ownership, clear communication skills and the ability to work well in ambiguous environments.
This is not a pure pre-sales role.
The person needs to build, ship,
improve and own technical outcomes end-to-end.
