INFUSE Academy seeks a strategic Team Lead, Learning and Development to guide our Instructional Design Team and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
You will coordinate timelines, manage approvals, and translate goals into actionable steps for the team.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mid-/senior ID roles and at least 1 year in team coordination or project management.
Strong AI literacy and excellent English communication are essential to drive scalable learning initiatives.
