/p pTo strengthen its Italian manufacturing plant based in bPadua /b (approximately b200 employees /b), we are looking for an experienced bHR Manager /b.
/p pReporting functionally to the bGroup HR Director /b and partnering closely with the bPlant Manager /b and the local Leadership Team, the HR Manager will lead all Human Resources activities at site level, ensuring alignment between business objectives and Group HR strategy.
Managing a team of two HR professionals, the successful candidate will act as the key HR reference for the plant, combining strategic vision with a strong operational mindset.
/p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liLead and oversee all HR activities across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Group policies and local regulations.
/li liAct as a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager and the Leadership Team, supporting organizational development and business performance.
/li liLead, coach and develop the local HR team.
/li liDrive workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
/li liPromote employee engagement and support change management projects.
/li liManage compensation and benefits processes in alignment with corporate guidelines.
/li liPrepare and monitor HR budgets, forecasts and cost controlling activities, providing regular reporting and KPI analysis.
/li liManage industrial relations, maintaining constructive relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
/li liSupport organizational design and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
/li liEnsure HR processes are efficient,
compliant and aligned with business priorities.
/li liCollaborate closely with the Group HR function on international HR projects and initiatives.
/li /ul h3Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field.
/li lib7–10 years of experience /b as an HR Manager within a structured manufacturing environment.
/li liStrong knowledge of the full HR lifecycle and modern HR practices.
/li liProven experience in bindustrial relations /b and collective bargaining with trade unions.
/li liSolid experience in bHR budgeting, cost controlling, forecasting and HR analytics /b.
/li liStrong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
/li liExcellent analytical and reporting skills with confidence in managing HR KPIs.
/li liProfessional proficiency in bEnglish /b (minimum bCEFR C1 /b preferred), both written and spoken.
/li liStrong knowledge of Italian labour law and HR best practices.
